The Public Administration Problem And The Countermeasures Of Community Care For The Aged

Chinese society is in a transitional period.The economic is growing and population,family structures are changing.The difficulty of pension and contradictions of aging society are also increasingly prominent.Our aging process is less than 20 years,Chinese society has experienced the world's largest and fastest aging process.The development of China'aging population,and showing a large number of elderly people,grew faster,and so difficult pension issues.There are three models of the current pension,family support,social institution pension and community care.With the development of the times,family support is disintegrating.Social institution pension is not yet mature.Community care is growing rise.Community care is a new pension models as a solution to the problem of aging.Community care has the rationality and feasibility to relieve the contradictions of an aging society.In order to improve our existing community care service system,combined with community care theory,social embedding theory and new public service theory.By literature analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods,detailed analysis on the development process of community care services,achievements and existing public administration problems.Make recommendations to promote the adaptation of community care development of China's national conditions for respect of support policies,infrastructure development,resources of human talents,mode of financing and supporting measures.
