Research On Micro-autonomy Of Urban Community Under Regional Development Model:Shi Shan Case

Community "micro autonomy" is an important aspect of community building.In recent years,with the strong support of the government,community workers have been trying to explore it with professional methods,but the exploration is mostly preliminary and there are still many problems to be solved.Through the study,it is found that the micro autonomy of Shi Shan community has four shortcomings in the participation rate of residents,the ability of residents' autonomy,the sustainability of autonomy,and the maintenance of self-government results.In view of the problems existing in Shi Shan community,the implementation team combines the theory of advantage perspective,social support network theory and demand level,and applies regional development model to study the practical problems in the process of micro autonomy,and explore the practice model of community micro autonomy and the establishment of long effect mechanism.At the same time,the following conclusions are drawn: firstly,the application of regional development model to community micro autonomy is a dynamic and continuous process.Second,in the exploration of urban community micro autonomy,the role of the workers is not to be controlled;third,to carry out community micro autonomy,and to pay more attention to the process of activity;Fourth,urban community micro autonomy pays attention to the participation of multiple subjects.
