Research On The Application Of Regional Development Model In Urban Old Community Work

Community is the basic unit of social organism and the main place for people to live together,leisure and entertainment,and emotional exchange.It is not only a synonym of geographical space,but also carries the functions of cultural maintenance,psychological identity and emotional attribution.In recent years,community governance has been paid more and more attention under the trend of national innovation of social governance system.It is helpful to promote the innovation of social governance system by insisting on people-oriented consideration and satisfying the interests needs of community residents and improving the service ability and governance level of the community.Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of the pace of urban construction,newly built residential areas have sprung up like bamboo shoots,with which they form fresh.By contrast,a group of community built in the 1980s has become the old community in modern cities because of the weak supporting facilities,the absence of the main body of governance,the lagging of the system construction and so on.In particular,with the acceleration of urbanization in recent years,many problems have been accumulated and derived from the old urban communities.The governance of the old communities has become an important and difficult problem in social governance.As one of the three models of community social work,regional development model is widely used in the practice of community social work.From the angle of view of the regional development model,based on the basic idea,method and goal of the model,this paper puts into practice the strategy.A case study of Y community in Wuhan.The research of this paper mainly from the following aspects:(1)from the point of view of practical needs to put forward the background of this study,and a brief description of the research objectives,significance and research methods and other related concepts through the definition of the old community;(2)As well as the domestic and foreign related research on the regional development model and the development of practice are summarized,which provides the theoretical basis for the later research;(3)take Wuhan Y community as a practical case.Based on the analysis of the difficulties faced by the current Y community and the emergence of new needs,it is proposed to apply the regional development model to the study of public participation in the old and old communities.In space;(4)analysis of the intervention process of regional development model in the Y community in the process of governance,intervention effect analysis of regional development pattern in the Y community in the process of governance and problems;(5)the problem of reflection on the basis of previous studies,and puts forward some feasible policy recommendations.This paper through the analysis of case study of Y Street Community Yang Park in Wuhan City,have a deeper understanding of the regional development pattern in the old community work.This paper argues that skill concept and strategy of regional development model is applied to the old city community residents to participate in the process,is the effective way to enhance the old community governance capacity and governance the level of Path.Y community is a typical old urban community,there are still many old communities in the country,so the practical experience of Y community has certain reference significance for the development of related areas.
