With the acceleration of urbanization in our country and the expansion of commercial housing in the cities,the traditional village residences and housing units for working units are gradually changing,resulting in a community-based living style and management of these communities The issue has become the focus of attention of the whole society.In traditional community management,property management is generally adopted as a single management method.Due to various flaws in the management method,frequent conflicts between property owners and property companies have triggered many public safety incidents.Therefore,the traditional The reform of community governance model is imperative.In the theory of social governance,the mode of participation of multiple subjects means that multiple subjects participate in social management jointly,that is,the government,the general public,experts,enterprises,social organizations and so on exist in coordination with the main bodies of society to discuss the public affairs of the society.The model of diversified participation in social governance is in line with the current needs of community governance in our country.Therefore,this model has been applied to community governance in most cities in our country.So what is the current health status of this mode? What factors affect the efficiency of its operation? What are the main reasons? How to improve? And so on,has become the main problem that needs to be studied at present.However,there is still a lack of empirical research on these issues.To this end,this paper through a field survey of a community,the above problems are analyzed.The main research framework of this thesis is as follows:First of all,it elaborates related concepts and theories,including the basic concepts of citizen participation and community governance,and analyzes the current situation of citizen participation in community governance at home and abroad.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of the research on the mode of community governance involving multiple subjects at home and abroad,and puts forward the problems that exist in the current research and the main research objectives of this dissertation.Second,200 questionnaires were distributed in this study and 170 questionnaires were withdrawn.The questionnaire is divided into two parts,16 small questions.The first part of the questionnaire for the respondents basic information,including gender,education,age and income.The second part mainly deals with the respondents' attitudes towards communitypublic service,such as whether residents should participate in community public affairs,the frequency of community participation,the attitude and leading institutions of community governance,the object of seeking solutions and their abilities The degree of participation in community governance and its causes,and the degree of understanding about the participation mode of multiple subjects in community governance.The survey found that the age distribution of the community is mostly middle-aged(35-50 years old),the age distribution of community residents is reasonable,providing crowd protection for the construction of multiple subjects participation patterns,while 33.15% of them indicate occasional participation in community governance activities,The lack of policy support is the main constraint,the property is the main organization difficult to solve in the community,the main factor of the lack of community governance model is the lack of democracy,the majority of residents recognize the pattern of multiple participation in the main,but still 12.35%expressed concern that there are even 15.12 % Of residents have never heard of the multiple participant model.All in all,the current administration of the community has obvious features of administration and lacks a reasonable structural framework.Citizens lack enthusiasm for the construction of community governance activities and multiple subjects.Thirdly,the reasons of the problems of community governance are analyzed,including the lack of government policy support,the lack of capital investment and the lack of democracy at the grassroots level.At the same time,many residents obviously showed insufficient motivation in their participation.The main reasons for these problems are Including lack of legal protection,lack of motivation support and residents' lack of self-awareness.Finally,based on the problems reflected in the survey results,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,including improving the quality of citizens,perfecting the grassroots election,and clarifying the responsibilities of the institutions.
