Research On Government's Decisions That Identify And Manage The Risk Of Rural Financial Institutions

With the development of China's reformation,the Urban-rural Integration has been strengthened.In recent years,our government explicitly advocate to enhance the vitality of rural development,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,promote the common prosperity between urban and rural areas.The construction of rural infrastructure of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" requires a lot of capital investment and a full range of financial service.As a new force in the current rural financial system,new rural financial institutions play an important role in promoting the cooperation of agriculture and other industries and common development of rural and urban areas.Decision-making is a basic function for government to manage public affairs and ensure the security and stability of the country.Based on the government's risk identification and decision-making management of rural financial institutions,this study identifies the risk categories of rural financial institutions.The research also studies the decision-making procedures of the government for risk management,and analyzes the problems of the government's risk management decisions in rural financial institutions.It's found that the system mechanism of government decision-making in our country is not perfect,and lack of scientization and democratization.We should establish clear value system and decision-making targets,build an independent and self-regulated supervision system and improve the decision-making evaluation and feedback mechanism.At the same time,we provide some suggestions to improve the government decision-making environment and improve the efficiency of risk management of rural financial institutions.
