Study On The Construction Of Rural Culture Of Zibo

As an important part of rural community management,rural cultural construction has increasingly attracted the attention of the government and the people.Since the reform and opening up,the rural environment has undergone tremendous changes.Rural social development is experiencing or has experienced a transition from rural areas to urban areas,from the agricultural sector to the non-agricultural sector.Accompanied with the acceleration of urbanization,the service needs of rural residents is becoming more diverse and the demand for spiritual culture is growing.Through rural cultural construction,on the one hand,the supply of rural cultural products can be increased,the quality of cultural services can be improved,and the cultural gap between urban and rural areas can be further reduced;on the other hand,the scientific knowledge and overall quality of farmers can be improved to guide farmers to form the correct values and behavior perspective,which can also enable the peasants to speed up the realization of rural modernization by forming a sense of identity and belonging to the city.As a resource-based old industrial city,Zibo accelerates the development of rural culture,which is conducive to improving the quality of peasants,promoting peasants' awakening,accelerating the rate of urbanization,promoting industrial transformation,reducing the proportion of primary and secondary industries,and vigorously promoting stable and rapid economic and social development.This article takes the cultural construction of rural areas in Zibo City as the research object,using the methods of literature review,field investigation,induction collation and so on.Through field investigation and questionnaire surveys in the Zibo area,it has been found that although the region has made certain achievements in rural cultural construction,the basic public cultural service system has been initially established,and cultural activities and civil society organizations are increasing,there are still some problems existing.Firstly,funding for cultural facilities construction is inadequate.secondly,distribution of cultural facilities is unequally with inefficient use of completed cultural facilities.Thirdly,some areas are facing a shortage of rural cultural talents.The forth one is low utilization rate of farmer's book houses and poor public perception.Fifth,The management of farmers' self-administration organizations is generally not in place.In view of the existing problems,the author combines the theoretical research of rural community management to analyze the reasons for the existence of the following problems,which can be concluded as follows.First,the government pays insufficient attention to the construction of rural community culture.Second,the focus of cultural construction in rural communities is not clear,and service efficiency has shown a deviation.Third,the institutional mechanisms for social organizations to participate in rural cultural construction to provide social services are not perfect.Fourth,the supply and demand of rural community cultural products are disjointed.Based on the causes,the author put forward some countermeasures for the cultural construction of rural communities in Zibo area.First,we need reform and innovation improve the investment and financing mechanism for cultural construction in rural communities.Second,heighten community service awareness and create more targeted cultural activities.Third,condense cultural development forces,strengthen the team construction of rural areas culture.Fourth,the government should play its role of managing,establishing a long-term mechanism for rural cultural construction.Fifth,tap the cultural connotation of rural communities and build rural cultural tourism brand.
