Research On Problems&Countermeasures Of "internet+community Home Care For The Elderly"

With the rapid development of "Internet+" technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data,science and technology are increasingly intertwined with the development of the economy and society.With the deepening of the aging population in China,how to use the "Internet+" thinking to reform the industry of community home care has also become an important issue for China's Old Age Security.As an old-age care organization that has been deepening the pension industry for more than 20 years,the QiaoYa Community Care Service Center has been located in 79 communities in the downtown area of Wuhan,and provides a variety of“Internet+community home care”services for the elderly.This article adopting the field survey of the QiaoYa Community Care Service Center in Wuhan and taking the actual interviews with their staffs to understand the development status,service items and service flow of the“Internet+care for the elderly”providing by the QiaoYa Community Care Service Center.Therefore we further analyze its Problems in the aspects of model construction,database construction,financing channels,talent team,R&D technology,acceptance of the elderly,system construction.Based on these questions,we put forward corresponding improvement measures,The solution to the theoretical thinking is building an interactive model based on Evers'welfare triangle theory for each subject of "Internet+community home care for the elderly";the countermeasure in practice include breaking information barriers and promoting the construction of"Internet+" network infrastructure;inspiring the pension service market Vitality of“Internet+communify home care for the elderly”,broaden the source of funds for“Internet+community home care for the elderly”;Expanding the number of talents in the "Internet + community home care for the elderly" and upgrading the Specialization and professionalism of the talent team;digging deeper into“Internet+”technology potential and promoting the improvement of service intelligence level;expending public opinion propaganda on "Internet+community home care for the elderly" and increasing the trust of the elderly;accelerating the establishment of policies and norms for "Internet+community home care for the elderly" and promoting the final implementation of the policy.We hope this research will provide an inspiration for the development of community home care for the elderly in the context of the“Internet+”era.
