The Analysis Of Optimize Rural Public Service Supply

China has been highly concerned about the rural construction which is in close connection with the billions of farmers.The 19th congress has listed 'the strategy of Rural Revitalization'as one of the seven strategies to complete a comprehensive construction of a well-off society.The'beautiful countryside'stress the promotion of equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas,and improving the quality of rural public services.How to optimize the supply of rural public service and meet the needs of the farmers' public service in the process of beautiful countryside construction can be a forceful measures in implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization at the present stage and making up for the short board of rural development.The beautiful countryside construction work of Dongyuan town is very effective,and the demonstration typical of Dongbao,Houjing and DaiMei for different characteristics has been sprung up,which has promoted the promotion of the local public service.From the perspective of a township civil servant,the author uses a combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis to summarize the relevant theories of rural public service supply,and innovatively points out that'beautiful countryside' and'rural public service' are coupled in the construction elements and guiding principles.By using the typical case analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive and thorough introduction to the beautiful rural construction effect model and the current supply situation of rural public service in Dongyuan town of Longhai City,summarizes and analyzes the successful experience and problems in the optimization of public service in the construction of beautiful countryside,and it also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the supply of rural public services,such as restructuring demand expression to improve decision-making mechanism,promoting coordination and cooperation among the main bodies,and making up the short board.It aims at providing a case study sample for rural public service supply research in China.
