The system of selecting local cadres by the Central Committee is an important link in the political system and the core content of the personnel system in our country.This article is composed of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The gist of the introduction can help us to better grasp the author,from the overall situation,firstly the background and significance of the topics discussed,where the author through search and analysis in recent years is that the reference significance of the study,through literature review,the author drew on local cadre selection of central main points you.In order to clarify the thread of the article more clearly,the author defines the core concepts of cadre selection system and the principles of being an official cadre in the introductory part,and points out the research methods and framework of the article.The main body consists of four parts,the first part the author firstly expounds the theoretical foundation of the system of the central election of local cadres,including the unitary state structural form,China the leadership of the Communist Party and the central and local governments in three aspects;the second part along the time sequence of the selection system of the central local cadres of the history of the detailed analysis,were introduced in the early,during the cultural revolution and the reform and opening up the four stages of the cadre selection system;in the third part the author reveals the current situation and problems of the selection system of the central local cadres,lack of supervision mechanism,sick promoted effectively the problem of selecting and appointing cadres,serious lack of democracy and transparency,cadres get out of the vicious circle of human selection".The fourth part puts forward the problems in the third part gives some feasible suggestions:the need to further implement the spirit of democratic centralism in the cadre selection authority,establish the supervision mechanism more perfect in cadre selection and management mechanism,establish the standard system more scientific and perfect in cadre selection standard,to further improve the system of selecting and appointing cadres the relevant policies and regulations.In the final conclusion,the author reviews and summarizes the main points of this article.This paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice.It not only introduces the theoretical basis of the central election of local cadres,but also explores the existing problems combined with the practice of the central election of local cadres,and tries to put forward proposals for reform.In addition,this article also adopted the historical comparative study method.This paper selects the different historical periods since the founding of the cadre selection and appointment system are compared,the development path of China's cadre appointment system,is helpful to find the related progress of our cadre selection system in different historical periods and the problems that still exist is conducive to further research and analysis.
