The grass-roots police force directly faces the masses and plays an important role in maintaining social stability and development.Its performance level directly affects the quality and quality of service.With the practice of performance management in government departments in-depth,forms of performance of grass-roots public security team has changed.The limitations of the existing performance appraisal system to highlight,promote grass-roots public security team to improve the performance appraisal system has become the key to the construction of public security team.The grass-roots public security team to provide services directly to the public,the County Public Security Bureau as the research object,through a comprehensive in-depth analysis found that the performance appraisal system of the Public Security Bureau of Dongguan city X District,some problems of the grass-roots public security team performance appraisal system,and these problems have certain universality.Because of the lag,the concept of performance management system and mechanism is not perfect and the administrative system of the existence result of basic public security team performance evaluation system is rigid,procedure of evaluation index system is incomplete,inadequate use of results and appraisal of the main problems in scientific and objective evaluation of the performance level of the grass-roots public security team.Defects and shortcomings of the grass-roots public security team performance appraisal system is proposed to provide a clear problem oriented improvement suggestions,from the cultivation of grass-roots public security team performance appraisal culture,improve the three aspects of institutional mechanisms and optimize the assessment program to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of team performance appraisal system of grass-roots public security team,provide some ideas to improve the performance level of grass-roots public security team.
