Study On Public Participation In Urban Community Governance

With the continuous development of social economy and the deepening of political system reform,the traditional urbanization process has changed from urbanization to the development mode of farmers' citizenship,the traditional community in the city has begun to decline,but the new type of community has been rising.This all put forward new request to our country city community management.As the most basic unit of the city,as the cell body of the social structure,as the gathering unit of the social public activities,the development and reform of the whole society,politics,economy and culture are closely related to it.The activities and demands of the public can be reflected most directly by their carrier.Therefore,community governance has become a social reform and social reform.An important subject of development research.Based on the theory of multivariate co governance and the theory of citizen participation,this paper fully studies and draws on the advanced experience and achievements of domestic and foreign research on the basis of consulting relevant literature.Through the perspective of public participation,this paper selects several typical communities in Changan District and conducts visits and surveys to obtain public participation in urban community governance.First hand information,it is found that the public participation in community governance in Changan District is not perfect,the initiative of public participation is poor,the way of public participation is not reasonable,and the effectiveness of public participation is low.The main reasons for the problem are the development of community self-government organizations.The level is low,the citizen participation consciousness and ability is insufficient,the citizen participation information communication is not smooth,the public participation lacks the effective supervision feedback.Finally,draw lessons from the advanced experience of the typical community governance model at home and abroad.Taking Changan District as an example,in view of the problem of public participation in urban community governance in China,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions,such as perfecting the rules and regulations of community participation,strengthening public participation in education,perfecting information communication channels,strengthening the external supervision of community governance,and so on.So as to improve the level of public participation in community governance.
