Research On The Effectiveness Of Police Ideological And Political Work In The Vision Of Supply-Side Reform

The Supply-side reform is a hot topic in the current society,which is adapting to the new normal of China's economy,it's an important measure which core is to construct a balance between supply and demand.The Supply-side reform contains a number of new ideas and new paths,is not only applicable to the economic field,in the day of comprehensive deepening the police reform,but to the ideological and political work of police.As the ideological and political work in police functional departments,police political work department,which belongs to the supply-side,as the need of the development of police force,the comprehensive deepening of police reform,the contradiction between the current ideological and political work in police supply and demand imbalance is obvious,especially in the supply-side,mainly reflects in the insufficient and ineffective supply,low-end supply and so on,which is seriously restricting the development of police ideological and political work,reducing the effectiveness of police ideological and political work,so it is necessary to use the idea of the reform of Supply-side to deepen the reform of the ideological and political work of police and ensure the balance of supply and demand in the ideological and political work of police.From the perspective of the Supply-side reform,this paper classifies and analyzes the causes of the current supply problems of police ideological and political work,and under the guidance of the theories of Marx's political economics,the New Supply economics and the Institutional economics,puts forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of police ideological and political work.This article is divided into the following five parts:The first part expounds the background and research meaning of the topic,the status of research at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second explains three concepts,include Supply-side structural reform,police reform and the effectiveness of ideological and political work of police.The third part provides basis for the research of the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of police.The theoretical basis includes the Marx's political economics theory,the New Supply economics,the Institutional economics,et al;the practical basis mainly the influence of Supply-side reform,the successful experience of the China's ideological and political work,military and enterprise ideological and political work experience.The fourth part the current ideological and political work in police supply-side problems are classified,including the supply subject,the supply content and mechanisms,supply policy,supply supporting measures are analyzed,both for internal reasons and external reasons.The fifth part,which in order to improve the effectiveness of police ideological and political work at present,according to the idea of the Supply-side reform,from optimizing production capacity,reducing cost,making-up short boards,eliminating risks,improving total factor productivity and innovation-driven,gives some solutions to the problems in the supplyside of police ideological and political work.The fifth part,which in order to improve the effectiveness of police ideological and political work at present,according to the idea of the Supply-side reform,from optimizing production capacity,reducing cost,making-up short boards,eliminating risks,improving total factor productivity and innovation-driven,gives some solutions to the problems in the supplyside of police ideological and political work.
