Study On Mechanism Construction Of The Combination Of The Law And The Virtue Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Since the founding of People's Republic of China,the Communist Party of China has been exploring arduous ways in its governance?means of governance and concept of governing a state.Since 18 th CPC National Congress,with the deepening of reform and opening up and the transformation of the main contradictions in Chinese society,while the Chinese society has been developing continuously,it has also created a problem of disconnection between law and moral construction.Therefore,the urgency of combining the rule of law and the rule of virtue is increasingly prominent.The fourth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the party made the decision to "comprehensively promote the rule of law in state affairs",and regard both morality and law as an important means of governing the country.Law and morality go hand in hand in the mode of production,internal standards and evaluation system.They are closely linked but also full of contradictions.Thereare also many discussions and controversies on whether or not to combine and how to combine the two ideas of "governing the country by law" and "governing the country by virtue"."The combination of governing the country by law and running the country by virtue" is the conclusion of Chinese people's wisdom,which is the result of summing up the experience of traditional and modern governance in theory and reality.This paper,from the Angle of the combination of governing the country according to law and managing state affairs by ethics mechanism,the bond mechanism and the rule of law construction of rule of virtue as the research object,on the binding mechanism of how to build a franco-german related problems are discussed in this paper.First,the basic problem of governing the country according to law and managing state affairs by ethics such as connotation,the paper traces the historical development,the relationship between the two,and explains the theoretical basis of the combination mechanism,is the modern management mode,method of main,auxiliary realize digest good governance;Second,the rationality of the combination and the significance of the development of contemporary China,expounds the importance,urgency and feasibility of combining the two,and lists the details of the need to build concrete mechanism;Again,to contemporary Chinese society for the combination mechanism of exploration achievements summarized,at the same time discussed in the state,enterprises and institutions,private citizens,third party supervision mechanism,and the network level,the main problems and the reason has carried on the detailed analysis and exploration;Finally,how to build afranco-german combining mechanism as the core,discusses some concrete feasible mechanism construction suggestions and countermeasures,and perfect the judicial system construction at the national level,in the aspect of social main body to promote rule of law,the good faith to carry out the mechanism,strengthen the rule of law in the people's level of thinking and moral consciousness of mechanism construction and so on.
