Study On The Evaluation Of Migrant Relocation Benefit In Wuqi County,Shaanxi Province

Migration is an important way to eliminate poverty,improve people's livelihood,gradually realize common prosperity and promote steady economic growth.However,what is the level of the relocation project and the impact of the relocation project on the various regions? These problems need to be evaluated for the benefit of the relocation project.Research on migration efficiency evaluation,which is beneficial to measure migration project implementation success degree,thus put forward more suggestions for regulating the migration,to better promote the migration work has the vital significance.Based on the summary of the existing research results,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of migrant relocation benefit based on wuqi county.To improve the immigration benefits the credibility of evaluation results and the accuracy of the relocation project,introducing fuzzy mathematics theory and grey relation analysis method to the evaluation of immigrant relocation benefits,migration engineering benefit combination evaluation model was established.Based on the evaluation and research,the author puts forward some suggestions to provide scientific basis for the sustainable and healthy development of the relocation project.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the benefits and obtain the optimal ecological benefits.The index weights of factors were determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the weights of economic,social,ecological and characteristic benefits were 0.42,0.23,0.23 and 0.12 respectively.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the ecological benefit was increased from C level before the relocation to A level after relocation,and the score was changed from 2.857 to 3.696,which was the most significant increase compared with other evaluation factors.(2)Using entropy method and grey correlation analysis to re-evaluate the benefit,and conclude that the social benefit drive is the largest and the ecological benefit is only second.By using entropy method for the determination of index weight is beneficial to the objectivity of the evaluation results,and then using the grey correlation method to calculate draw economic benefits,social benefits,ecological benefits and features of correlation were 0.06394,0.06663,0.06656 and 0.03924 respectively.The social benefit drive is the biggest,the ecological benefit of 0.00007 is only second.(3)Based on the analysis of the benefit evaluation results of the relocation project,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions for the implementation of the project.According to the result of benefit evaluation,from fund management,comprehensive land management,local characteristic industry and immigrant training four aspects put forward the proposal,will the wuqi county economic development,poverty alleviation and development and the circulation development organic combination,forming a comprehensive economic and social development strategy,make the move people truly rich.
