The employment issues of the disabled is the main concern of livelihood issues in the whole world.Although our country has already set up parts of laws and regulations in protecting employment of the disabled,the current situation of the employment in C hina is still rigorous,which reflects in the difficulty of policy execution,the hardness of job obtaining,and the lack of employment support.O n that account,the problem demanding prompt solution is that how to increase the income of the d isabled so as to return to society.This thesis is written under the guidance of qualitative research method.Researchers and interviewees has figured out the support requirement during employment process together by the way of individual and community interviews,which in order to reveal the variety of the disabled employment requirement in different disability categories.According to the classification of visually handicapped,hearing and speech disability,physically disability,intellectually disability,mentally disability,this thesis respectively shows that different degree of disabilities exist different demand of employment support for the disabled.Moreover,the thesis analyzes ascendant occupation of all kinds of disabled,which in order to separate the integration of the disabled.Why the current employment support can't satisfy the needs of the disabled? Applying ecological system theory to analyze the current limitation of employment support,the research points out that current employment support is now oriented by Disabled Persons' Federation,but participation of family,non-governmental organization,employment unit and other sections is far from enough;Present employment support policy for the disabled is lack of systematicness so that it is difficult to implement;Furthermore,the current laws and regulations system is deficient and meanwhile,there are still prejudice and discrimination among social culture.From the above,it is to the disadvantage of the disabled employment.Combine all kinds of actual need of the disabled and the current limitation of employment support and base on ecological systems theory,a tailored employment support system for the disabled should be built.In microsystem,family,non-governmental organization and employment unit should cooperate to form multiple subjects supporting together;As for mesosystem,supportive series of policy arrangement should be optimized;Besides,for macrosystem,scientific and reasonable laws and regulations system as well as fair and tolerant social culture should be constructed.By optimizing ecological systems support network,effective interaction among these systems can be realized,which is able to promote the disabled to realize their employment goal.
