It is vital to find the public interest connected with people,which makes people willing to contribute to it.Community elders have enough leisure time and enthusiasm,and moreover they have deepest feelings and strongest reliance for public interest.They elderly bring social community and themselves great interest by volunteer services.In the case that government purcha sesSocial work services,Social organizationgather together the community elderly who volunteer to Service.Through long-term equal interaction and mutual aid in group,the elderly volunteers built cooperative and transverse relationship network,and Set up Standard and trust,which leads the establishment of Social capital in the elderly volunteer team.It is not only good to live a valuable and healthy life in old ages,but also conducive to o help the community Social workers to Solve Social problem by Supporting vulnerable groups and building harmoniousSocial relationship.This paper focuses on the volunteer community elderly group to do research on Social capital of them that is fostered by Social communities.In this paper,it takes an example of S day-care center in Guangzhou by tea sing out the research background from two aspects---Social capital and Social organization and using interview method to collect internal and external Social capital in the elderly volunteer group,and to analyze the dilemma of lack in Social capital,which S day-care center faces during the process of development and Survival of the elderly volunteer group s by furtherly analyzing of the cause of Scarce in Social capital,putting forward corresponding solutions to it,and exploring the effect taken by the related partie s including the government administrative power penetration into the community,civil society strength weakening,the social work organization ability insufficiency,the volunteer service low hierarchical,In order to improve the law and the regulations,the development of civil society sevice,the corresponding countermeasures are put forword.
