Urbanization is a natural historical process that accompanies industrialization development,non-agricultural industries accumulate in cities and towns, and rural population concentrates in cities and towns. It is an objective trend of human social development and an important symbol of national modernization.Following the law of development, advancing urbanization steadily, stably, and orderly,is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to the building of a well-to-do society in an all-round way,the acceleration to the process of socialist modernization, and realizing the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In the process of rapid development of urbanization, there are also some prominent contradictions and problems that must be highly valued and resolved. These problems include: large number of displaced agricultural people,"country to community" population and migrant workers, are difficult to integrate into urban society;the process of urbanization is lagging behind;as a result, these new citizens are to be provided education, employment, medical care, pensions, and affordable housing;lacking of equal access to basic public services for urban residents;industrial agglomeration and population agglomeration are not synchronized, and urbanization lags behind industrialization, etc.Under such a background, based on the data obtained from 400 survey questionnaires, this study takes the population of the “country to community” population in Dalian as the research object, and discusses different factors influencing the citizen identity of the “country to community” in Dalian. In the positive section of this article I will explore the identity of the “country to community” population based on the answer to the question of “whether one is a city person”.Combining previous researches, the influencing factors are divided into four aspects: personal attributes, employment economic attributes, social attributes, and psychological attributes. The method of mutual analysis and binary logistic regression analysis are adopted to identify the demographic identities of the “country to community” population. The study found that: “country to community” population identification rate of their own citizenship is not high;personal attributes, employment economic attributes, social attributes and psychological attributes are all important aspects affecting the identity of the population of the “country to community” population;but the degree of influence differs--the impact of employment economic attributes is most significant, and social attributes are second. Finally, according to the results of the data analysis,we will promote our advisement to the orderly advancement of the “country to community” population citizenship and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, that is: introducing villagers' participation and supervision mechanism;promoting collective economic restructuring actively and steadily;promote the integration of industry;improve the “country to community” population employment satisfaction;comprehensively upgrade the community service and construction level of the “country to community” residence.
