Research On Promoting The Efficiency Of The Administrative Approval Of The District Government

The effectiveness of administrative examination and approval is an important criterion to evaluate the effectiveness of administrative examination and approval system reform.In accordance with the requirements of the reform of the higher administrative examination and approval system,Pengjiang district has been abolished and readjusting the administrative examination and approval items in batches,promoting the standardization of administrative examination and approval,perfecting the administrative examination and approval service system,and innovating the reform of the administrative examination and approval of the "Yi gate".However,due to many reasons,such as ideas,vested interests,mechanism system,laws and regulations,and the transformation of functions,the overall administrative examination and approval efficiency of the Pengjiang district still fails to meet the needs of the current economic and social development,and there is not a lack of administrative examination and approval,the complex administrative examination and approval process,the use of self-service equipment and the use of online business.The rate is not high,the service consciousness of the examination and approval personnel is weak,and the supervision and management of administrative examination and approval is not in place.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of district government administrative examination and approval has become an important problem to be solved.We need to further study and analyze and propose countermeasures.This article is divided into six main parts: the first chapter,introduction,introduction of the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research objectives and research methods;the second chapter,basic concepts and support theory,the basic concepts and support theory involved in this study;the third chapter,the status of administrative examination and approval in Pengjiang district.This paper introduces the situation of deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval in Pengjiang and innovating the reform of the "Yi gate" reform,and summarizes the existing problems of administrative examination and approval in the Pengjiang district.The fourth chapter,the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems in the administrative examination and approval of Pengjiang District,from the shackles of the inherent obsolete concepts,the hindrance of the benefit of the benefit grid and the fuzzy design of the top level.A detailed analysis of five aspects: the restriction of the bottleneck of laws and regulations and the lack of the transformation of government functions;the fifth chapter,the analysis and reference of improving the effectiveness of administrative examination and approval at home and abroad,the practical experience of improving the effectiveness of administrative examination and approval in the United States,Japan and other countries,and the advance of the efficiency of administrative examination and approval in the domestic Shanghai free trade area and Jiangsu.Introduce and put forward the enlightenment to Pengjiang district along the way of practice;the sixth chapter,to improve the administrative examination and approval effectiveness of the district level government,through the analysis of the problems and causes of the administrative examination and approval in Pengjiang District,from strengthening the power of administrative examination and approval,standardizing the administrative examination and approval process,strengthening the public administration examination and approval,and deepening the administrative examination and approval.In the five aspects of supervision and management in the field and the overall quality of the administrative examination and approval staff,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the administrative approval effectiveness of district level governments.
