With the development and progress,now society has become demanding on the quality and capability of public servants increasingly.How to better use training and improve the professional knowledge and overall quality of public servants at the grassroots level is related to the people.The important measure of the government's safe guarding the country's prosperity and stability should be given sufficient attention and attention.This paper takes R County Shandong grass-roots civil servants training case,through literature analysis and comprehensive analysis of information method,based on the training of civil servants and the life cycle theory,the reason is the training situation of the R county civil servants and the currently existing problems and problems are analyzed,aiming at the problem of the life cycle theory into the training of grass-roots civil servants,and the whole process of civil service training is designed.At present,the main problems in the training process of R county are: training content is not strong enough,lack of demand analysis,training institutions and training methods are single,training contents are divorced from actual work needs,and training effect is not good.In order to improve and perfect the grass-roots civil servants training in R County,the need to proceed from the whole process of training analysis and improvement,so this paper will be widely used in enterprise training using life cycle theory to the training of civil servants,from the whole process of training: training needs survey to identify the training needs,training plans and training division the selection and training resources to implement the training-Training-Summary-training effect of tracking and evaluation,to gradually analyze and re design of each link.Finally,the application of R County as an example is carried out and good results have been achieved.In view of the problems in the training process of grassroots civil servants in R County,the life cycle theory is introduced into the training process,which provides a new perspective and train of thought for the training of grassroots civil servants in China.It has certain reference significance.
