| Since 2000,China formally aging countries,the resulting series of pension problems inevitably trouble to the society,has now become one of our country needs urgently to solve the problem of the people’s livelihood.For a long time,the traditional pension institutions is not enough to meet the demand of the ballooning pension,endowment resources supply and demand situation is extremely uneven at the same time,just rely on government departments to the expansion of the endowment institutions,pension services are difficult to solve the current problems.As a new model of the aging population,the integrated nursing care community has broad prospects for development.Endowment insurance company investment community can not only complement endowment service supply source,can also ease the endowment the contradiction of supply and demand imbalance,at some point,help to promote the effective extension of China’s insurance industry chain.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the investment retirement community of Chinese insurance institutions.To understand Chinese medicine combination type operating status quo of community endowment characteristics,existing problems,this article to TK insurance company pension investment community as an example,using the literature research,comparative research,field research method and case method,starting from multiple dimensions,and absorb the experience and lesson in the United States,Japan,provide for the aged community,from the national government agencies,insurance companies,public and community endowment four angles,the medical insurance company investment in China are put forward to raise combination type retirement community four countermeasures:(1)strengthen the government responsibility,as well as the combination of many departments at the same time promote the medical raise pension(2)to guide social forces to participate in community planning investment d have combined with the construction of community endowment and development raise pension community service quality(3)(4)improve the pension community medical service system. |
