Research On Employment Of Rural Disabled In Hebei Province

In recent years,Hebei province has made gratifying achievements in promoting the employment of rural disabled people.The mode of employment is gradually diversified,the number of employment has increased greatly,the education and training system is gradually perfected,and the policy system and service system are more sound.However,there are still no small gaps in the employment of rural disabled relative to the city,and there are still weak links in the employment guarantee for the disabled in rural areas.The promotion and protection of the employment of the rural disabled is of great importance for promoting the development of the disabled and poverty alleviation and development,maintaining social stability,promoting social civilization and building a harmonious socialist society.Therefore,this paper studies the disabled in rural areas in Hebei Province as the research object,and studies the employment of the disabled in rural areas.The sample data of Hebei province in 2015 the basic service status and demand special investigation,based on human capital theory,social integration theory,poor governance theory,the theory of fairness and efficiency as the basis,focus on the analysis of the current situation of rural employment of disabled persons in Hebei province and the existing problems.Regression analysis,the use of logistic regression model showed that the disabled age and gender,marital status,disability categories,disability,disability,family income per capita,a year if they had received rehabilitation services,if they had received social assistance or welfare subsidies have significant effect on rural employment for disabled persons.Among them,although the age factor is significant,the degree of influence is very small.Rural women in rural areas to achieve the probability of employment is equivalent to only 57.1% of the rural disabled men;to have never gone to school for disabled people in rural areas,the higher the level of education,the employment of the greater the likelihood of hearing disability;and two types of speech disability disabled employment rate is relatively high;social assistance and welfare subsidies have obvious negative the incentive effect on the employment of disabled persons.Based on the above analysis,the thesis puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the promotion of human capital,expand the rural disabled employment channels,development jobs,guide and create atmosphere,helping the disabled employment security policy of rural disabled people five aspects.
