Research On The Local Practice Of Community Care

At present,the aging population degree in China is serious increasingly.It is expected that by 2020,the population over 60 year old is increasing to 255 million,which will up to about 17.8% of the total population;Meanwhile the elderly will rise to about 29 million,and in the face of this grim aging situation of the aging,the Chinese traditional pension system of agency and family has been unable to satisfy the enormous needs of the elderly.In view of the situation and successful pension experience of other western countries such as Britain,the community home-based care model has emerged as a more ideal choice for the aged.Under the guidance of the government policy,all parts of the country have begun to practice the community home care service.The community home care service organization has solved the daily life problems of the elderly in the community to a certain extent,which has promoted the quality of life of the elderly,but it has also exposed some problems while achieving good results.In this way,the research on the actual progress of community home-based care services in the current stage is conducive to promoting the operation of the community home-based care model,thus improving the quality of life of the elderly.This article analyzes the background,content and effect of the British social care model,and also takes the author's practice institution,M community home-based care service center in Guangzhou as an example,to collect data through the method of field survey,interview and so on,to describe the concrete practical experience of M community home-based care service center from four aspects of service supply subject,service object,service content and operation mechanism,and then reflect on the British community care mode and Chinese community home-based pension practice from the perspective of ethical value,social structure,professional orientation and economic development level,and discuss and solve the existing problems in practice to promote the development of community home-based care.Through the analysis of the collected data,it is found that M community home care service center is faced with challenges such as lack of capital,single service subject,low degree of service professionalization,service supply does not match the service demand,etc.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the quality of home-based care in the community.Firstly,build multivariate main body participation mechanism;Second,expand the community home pension fund raising channel;Third,improve the quality of community home-care service;Fourth,improve the professional level of community home care service;Fifth,we need to improve the system and policies of community home care services.
