The Research On The Path Of Citizen Participation In Local Government Ecological Governance

With the consumption of resources and the rapid development of China's economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Ecological environment is the foundation for the survival and development of the state and people,and has irreplaceable role in promoting social sustainable development.With the awareness of citizen environmental protection awareness,the importance of citizens to ecological governance has been gradually improved,and it is urgent to participate in the ecological governance of the government through various paths.At present,local governments in many areas have realized the importance of citizens participating in ecological management.However,they have not yet come out of the traditional model of single-subject pollution control and have not given full play to the participation of citizens.Researching the path of citizen participation in the ecological governance of local governments will help to find existing problems and provide citizens with a reasonable path of participation and provide reference for the government to encourage,guide and guarantee citizen participation.Firstly,elaborated the research background and research purpose,combed the citizen participation in the ecological management related theory at home and abroad,using literature study,questionnaire investigation and case analysis,the three kinds of research methods.According to the situation of ecological management of local government,through the questionnaire design and investigation,combined with the participation of citizens in government governance related case analysis,from politics to participate in literacy,participation channel,and the government trust to find the defects of the existing civil,and puts the reasonable path to ecological management,citizen participation in local government from broadening the citizen participation in input paths,strengthening external environment protection and improvement of citizen participation in the output path three aspects.The corresponding countermeasuresand Suggestions are put forward..In order to provide some theoretical basis for relevant practice.The main countermeasures are to cultivate participatory social culture,improvecitizen participation ability and play the role of mass media and network participation.In order to strengthen the initiative and effectiveness of citizens' participation,we should perfect the system of public hearing and detailed environmental information disclosure system.In terms of perfect the citizen participation in the output path,the government as the main body,to transform government management concept,give play to the role of the third department,environmental groups and three countermeasures to build multivariate main body participation system,make the citizen participation in real work.
