Xinjiang armed police force grassroots technical personnel is an important force to maintain stability in Xinjiang,especially in recent years,in maintaining the stability of Xinjiang practice,their support role is more prominent.But because of the climate of Xinjiang special geographical environment,lagging behind the level of economic development,the serious situation of social stability,a very strong religious atmosphere,seriously restricting the play the role of the professional technicians.Therefore,strengthening the study on the incentive of Xinjiang armed police professional and technical personnel,is mainly focus on the objective requirements of strategic guidance of the CPC Central Committee“to seek stability in northwest southeast” and Xinjiang stable Chinese ANN,Xinjiang professionals play a positive role,to promote social stability and long period of stability in Xinjiang,to study how to use the incentive theory in modern management science the professional and technical personnel to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the work,how to influence the behavior of professional and technical personnel,the change from passive to active acceptance under the superior leadership,namely how to motivate and guide the organization of a desired behavior,constraints and do not want to stop the organization behavior,efforts to pursue the unity of organizational goals and personal target.According to the actual situation of professional and technical personnel of the armed forces of the Xinjiang base,comprehensive use of various theories of human resource management,especially with respect to the incentive theory are described and analyzed in detail.The use of a variety of research methods of qualitative and quantitative,comparative,systematic and empirical method,and learn from others' research,the current Xinjiang armed police the professional and technical personnel incentive needs and satisfaction to explore an in-depth research,summed up in line with the actual situation of Xinjiang professional and technical personnel of the armed forces of the incentive structure design has certain characteristics,and be applied and tested in practice,will provide more help for professional and technical personnel of the armed forces of Xinjiang grassroots management it will build the base to pave the way,to promote social stability in Xinjiang.
