Risk Control Research On GA Group's Investment In LH Elderly Care Project

China is rapidly entering an aging society,and it will enter ultrahigh aging society in the next 20 years.Although the traditional Chinese culture is home-based,more and more families choose to socialize(Institutional)pension under the mainstream family structure(four elderly and one or two children in a couple)after the only child enters the mid-life stage.The investment of elderly care center is a relatively long-term investment.During the payback period,various factors may lead to investment losses,or even turn it into bad assets.Such factors include policy changes,market fluctuations,self-management and other factors.One of the effective ways to avoid project investment failure is to investigate and analyze early stage of project investment risks,to evaluate the pre-judgment and to effectively control the project investment.The author combined the research methods in the Project Management course and cases of the previous project operation,along with the data from market research.This article is of great significance to obtain the effective analysis conclusion for promoting the implementation of elderly care project.The author combined several years of experience in elderly care investment industry,with the theoretical system of project risk management,and selected the risk management of LH project as this research object.The analysis started with the risk factors affecting LH project to identify and classify the risk.The author also organized a team of experts including internal risk control groups,relevant departments responsible and industry experts.The expert team analyzed from the aspects of macro environment,investment decision-making and operationmanagement,using methods such as Brainstorming,Delphi,Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The article reached the conclusion that the high risk factors of the project such as operation,management,product location,location and so on,and put forward the corresponding risk control measures.This article has certain reference value to the investment decision of the elderly care center establishment,and has great significance in the operating and management projects of similar type.
