In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy,the flow of people between the city more and more frequent,more and more people because of work,school or other reasons perennial rush,forced to leave their children in the residence Of the city,by the child's grandparents or relatives and friends on behalf of the guard,which in the city formed the phenomenon of children left behind.Urban children left behind because of long-term and parents can not face to face,direct contact,to a certain extent,will reduce the degree of intimacy between parents,the long run,will inevitably lead to urban children left behind parent-child relationship between the phenomenon of imbalance.There is no doubt about the importance of parent-child relationships for children's growth.It is the child to form a good behavior and cognitive ability of the key lies in the process of socialization of children learn the first kind of social relations,a profound impact on the child's personality,psychology and personality development.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the parent-child relationship of the children left behind in the city,whether it is for the healthy growth of children or the future development.From the perspective of social work,this paper uses the method of case work to study how to improve the parent-child relationship between the small family and the father,and to use the psychological system based on the family system theory.The social treatment model intervenes in the social work of the client,through three stages of ten cases involved,to help the victim to improve parent-child relationship with his father.The second stage is to help the victim to improve the communication with his father,increase the frequency of communication,and improve the communication between the parents and the father,Change the mode of his father and daughter get along with the father of the father to discuss the effective communication with the owner of the skills to promote the positive interaction between parents and children;the third stage is mainly on the parent-child relationship between parent and child to do a change,And deal with the case of the separation of emotions,to prevent the case after the closure of the phenomenon of retreat.Finally,the results of quantitative and qualitative research are used to evaluate the results of the whole service.Through the comparison of the pre-test questionnaires and the post-test questionnaires and the interviews with key figures,the effect of the case work in improving the parent-child relationship of the children left behind in the city is obvious The.Finally,this study summarizes and reconsiders the social workers' ethical and social work intervention methods,and puts forward three countermeasures to change the educational idea,pay attention to emotional communication and play the power of the school community from the social work perspective.It is also hoped that this study will enhance the use of social work methods in the improvement of parent-child relationships in urban children and raise the attention of the whole society to the special group of children left behind in the city.
