The Research On Legal Guarantee Of Teachers' Rightto Further Training In Private Kindergarten

In recent years,the state has repeatedly mentioned strong support for preschool education,and the guarantee of preschool teachers ' rights has received wide attention.The key to the quality of private preschool education is the teacher strength of the teachers in the private kindergarten,and the further training of teachers is an important way to improve the level of the teaching staff,and the right of teachers to further training is the legal guarantee for this.At present,China does not have a special pre-school education law,to ensure that the rights of private preschool teachers can only look for the relevant content presumption from the relevant educational laws.The right of teachers to further training is the right enjoyed by all teachers,but in real life,the right of private kindergarten teachers to further training lacks effective legal guarantee.The research methods are based on literature analysis method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation of legal guarantee of teachers ' right to further training in private kindergarten.Questionnaire survey mainly includes the participation of private kindergarten teachers in further training,the organizational subject of training and the content of training.To find out the problems existing in the further training of teachers in private kindergartens,to analyze the reasons for the legal protection of these problems,and to put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the right of private kindergarten teachers to further training,the existing legal guarantee,the legal status of private kindergarten teachers and the legal relationship with the relevant subjects.Through the research on the present situation of the training of teachers in private kindergartens,it is found that the following problems exist in the current teachers ' further training: Private Kindergarten training attitude is negative;Private kindergarten teachers are undocumented and lack awareness of rights protection;the content of further training is complicated and outdated;the main body of the organization is unclear;and the sources of funding are unknown.The main reasons for the problem are: the imperfection of the legislative and educational legal system,the deviation of the administrative execution of education,the lack of effective supervision of the protection of rights,and the cumbersome and complicated legal relief.This research puts forward the following countermeasures: perfecting the legislative and educational legal system,implementing and implementing the laws and regulations of education,attaching importance to the supervision of the whole society and optimizing the guarantee of legal relief.
