In recent years,the post-80 s have gradually become the backbone of the grassroots civil servants.They directly face the masses and are gradually building a new institutional ecology.The satisfaction of this group's work directly affects the efficiency of civil servants,the transformation of government functions,and the image of the government.This paper takes c city as a sample,combines questionnaires and interviews,and combines the author's relevant work experience in grassroots organizations and government departments to study the factors affecting the job satisfaction of civil servants after the 80 th level.The following objectives: First,to establish a sense of job satisfaction and related theories;second,to explore the impact of job satisfaction on the work of civil servants after the grassroots 80;third,based on the conclusions of the survey,to improve the work of civil servants after the grassroots 80 Suggestions.Firstly,through the methods of literature and expert interviews,this paper initially establishes the index framework of satisfaction satisfaction,establishes the measurement index system of civil servant job satisfaction,and designs the survey questionnaire of civil servants' job satisfaction after the 80 cities according to the index system.Small-scale survey participants will issue pre-survey data in the form of questionnaires,use pre-survey data to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaires,and analyze the project.Then,the quality of the questionnaire will be screened out and unreasonable items will be deleted to form the final questionnaire.To lay the foundation for subsequent large-scale research and analysis.After forming a formal questionnaire through a small sample test,240 questionnaires were issued to the80-year civil servants of the C city,and 200 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaire recovery rate was 83.3%.After investigation,this paper draws the factors that affect the job satisfaction of civil servants and their mutual influences: age has a significant impact on leadership and prospect dimensions;ethnicity has a significant impact on relationship dimension and overall satisfaction;marital status has significant significance to organizational and relationship dimensions Impact;education has a significant impact on returns,organization,prospects and relationship dimensions;administrative level has asignificant impact on returns,organization,leadership,and relationship dimensions;origin has a significant impact on returns,relationships,and perspective dimensions.Finally,from the perspective of job characteristics,the author explores the path of improving the job satisfaction of grassroots civil servants after the 80 s.It needs institutional perfection,incentive innovation,cultural edification,and psychological care.Individuals need to strengthen their concepts,enhance their abilities,and take the initiative.Planning to provide reference for government departmental decision-making and continuously improve the job satisfaction of young civil servants.
