With the development of globalisation,marketization and informatization,people's demand has become increasingly rich,people have higher requirements on the resentativeness,the responsibility and the ability to response of government.Government's strategic development,government's ability construction and the development and management of human resources in the public sector also gradually become the focus of attention.As the subject of government and public sector,civil servants'quality,ability,mental state and behavior have close relationship with administrative efficiency and government image,directly affect people's expectations to the government,also have influence on the party's ruling foundation.However,the satisfaction degree of civil servants on their own work will directly affect their behavior state,and it has become an important topic and key work of governments at all levels to maximize the enthusiasm and work initiative of civil servants and motivate cadres to work efficiently.As the node city of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,foshan city has a leading position in the economic development in Guangdong province.The economic superiority,social development prospect and rich cultural deposits attract a lot of people who want to become civil servants,at the same time,some civil servants left the system.A district,foshan city,one of China's top 100 districts,its level of economic development is in the lead position in the nation,but the job satisfaction of civil servants is at a low level,which has not reached the level of social perception.Therefore,it is necessary to study the job satisfaction of civil servants in A district of foshan city,to improve the level of human resource management and development in public departments,to maximize the subjective initiative and independent creativity of civil servants,and to provide talent motivation for the high-quality and sustainable development of A district of foshan city.In this paper,the methods of questionnaire,interview and data mining are used to analyze the present situation of the civil servants' job satisfaction in A district of foshan city,to find out the key factors affecting the status of job satisfaction,and put forward some strategy to enhance the level of job satisfaction.Thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is introduction.The second chapter,describes and analyzes the status quo of job satisfaction through the job satisfaction survey of civil servants in A district of foshan city.The third chapter,analyzes the key factors affecting the job satisfaction of civil servants in A district of foshan city and the underlying reasons.The fourth chapter,based on the theory of incentive and human resource development,combined with the actual situation of A district,puts forward specific strategies to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants from four aspects,namely salary incentive,promotion incentive,training incentive and work incentive.
