Research On Optimizing "TPZD" Government Wechat From The Perspective Of Service-oriented Government

The 19th Congress indicates that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era,the principal contradiction facing the Chinese society has evolved.China's main task now is to address the imbalances and inadequacies in our development in order to meet the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.Faced with the new contradictions,we must "transform the functions of the government,deepen the simplification and decentralization of government,innovate the way of supervision,enhance the credibility and execution of the government,and build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with." Only in this way we can win the understanding and support from the people.At the same time,China's mobile user scale has entered into a period of rapid growth,and the Internet has entered into the era of mobile interconnection in an all-round way."Government Wechat" has attracted more and more attention from governments because of its characteristics of accurate information dissemination,convenient service delivery,diversified forms of expression and privatization of communication and interaction.However,as a brand-new social management tool,government Wechat has made great progress while facing many problems and challenges,such as lack of useful information and characteristic services,slow development of interaction and service and so on.Now we have to seriously study and solve the problem that how to comprehensively optimize and improve the construction of primary level government Wechat based on practical government work.Based on years of practical work experience and relevant theoretical knowledge in Taicang Port Economic and Technological Development Zone,I comprehensively adopts the methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis,interview,induction and summary,and combines data and datum,focusing on the analysis of current situation and problems of government Wechat in "TPDZ" from the perspective of building a service-oriented government.This paper sums up the problems existing in information dissemination,communication and interaction,and government service during the operation of government Wechat "TPDZ" and analyses the reasons.Focusing on the problems existing in government Wechat "TPDZ",this paper puts forward some countermeasures to standardize and complete its development from five aspects of defining development orientation,perfecting information release,strengthening online interaction,expanding service function and optimizing operation mechanism.I hope that the study is conducive to promote a healthy,orderly and benign development of government Wechat "TPDZ",and plays a reference role for other government departments in whole country to develop government Wechat in the perspective of service-oriented government.
