Retired cadres are precious treasure of our party and country,the management and service for this group is an important work which has both political and social significance.It has great significance to improve the management and service satisfaction of this group in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper's research object is the management and service satisfaction of government organs retired cadres,combined the customer satisfaction theory with the actual work.By referencing the CCSI satisfaction evaluation model,this paper built the retired cadre management and services satisfaction evaluation model.This paper analyzed of the present situation of the retired cadre management and services work,summarized the positive and negative factors influencing the degree of satisfaction,selected S organ as the typical cases,designed a questionnaire,finished a data analysis.The research results shows that the overall satisfaction is good,the satisfaction of retired cadres with honours is higher than retired cadres,65-75 age group satisfaction is higher than other age groups,high level retired cadres satisfaction is higher than the low level,the he lowest satisfaction project is guiding retired cadres to play a role.Finally,this paper discussed how to take the "customer satisfaction" as guidance to do an efficient management and services according to the satisfaction result and actual problems,put forward four suggestions: consolidating ideological and political foundation,refining the living treatment and management,mining human resource advantages and promoting the socialization process of management service.
