Retired cadres are not only an important part of the cadre team of the party and the government,but also have made great contributions to the economic and social development of our country.Their proportion in the elderly group is not high,but they are a special group with a relatively large impact.It is the duty and responsibility of the party and the government to make this group live a happier and more dignified life in their later years.It is also the common aspiration of the masses,including the retired comrades.At present,in our country,the situation of economic and social development is undergoing profound and complex changes.The retired veteran cadres have also entered the post "double high" period(high age and high incidence rate),whose number has been decreasing year by year.Moreover,the number of retired cadres is increasing year by year,and the difficulty of service management is also increasing.So the task and focus of retired cadres' work has changed from providing basic medical,food,housing and transportation services to meeting the diversified and personalized needs of retired comrades and realizing their yearning for a better life.In this context,the service management of retired cadres should actively adapt to the situation,constantly improve the service management ability,and innovate the working methods.In this study,the retired cadres of department Z are selected as the research object.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,a questionnaire is designed to investigate the satisfaction of retired cadres with service management,including 27 specific indicators in five dimensions:demographic characteristics,satisfaction,trust,expectation and perceived quality.This paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of retired cadres and its influencing factors by means of statistical analysis through the questionnaire to retired cadres.And the findings of this study are as follows: the retired cadres of department Z have a high overall satisfaction with service management.There is no significant effect on the service and management satisfaction of retired cadres from the aspects of gender,identity category and living condition,and health condition has significant effect on the service and managementsatisfaction of retired cadres.In terms of satisfaction,the top three service management projects are staff's service attitude,staff's service ability and newspaper subscription.The last three are cultural and sports activities,suggestions and suggestions,and helping and supporting.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the existing problems and reasons in the current work are found out to further improve the service management satisfaction of retired cadres.In addition,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the health status of retired cadres,implementing the political treatment and living treatment,promoting the role of retired cadres,strengthening the construction of retired cadres' working team and service platform.
