A Study On The Selection And Appointment Of Leading Cadres Of Party And Government In The New Era

The selection and appointment of leading cadres of the party and government has always been an important part of the great project of the party building of the Communist Party of China,and the selection and employment of people is related to the building of the Party's governing ability,and to the improvement of the Party's leadership level and ability to govern.It is more related to the realization of the goal of building our country into a powerful socialist modern country.After the Party's lin e and policy has been determined,how to select outstanding party and government talents to practice the Party's theory has become a key step.Entering the new era,we are facing a more severe new situation at home and abroad,entering a period of deepening reform in an all-round way and being in a difficult period of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.How to achieve the last kilometer of the two 100-year goals put forward more stringent requirements for party and government leading cadres.Based on the background of the new era and the theoretical basis of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism,By using the method of literature research and historical research,this paper sums up the previous research on the leading cadres of party and government from both domestic and foreign aspects and draws a conclusion.Then it analyzes the development course of the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres from the three periods of revolution,construction and reform,including the standard of selecting and appointing leading cadres of party and government,and the continuous improvement of the procedures for the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres.Including the selection of party and government leading cadres along with the change of the Party's line and policy and development.On this basis,this paper analyzes on the achievements and shortcomings of leading cadres of the Party and government in entering the new era,as well as the reasons for them,and makes an analysis of the key points of putting forward good standards for cadres and highlighting the political standards.This paper explores the reasons for the problems existing in the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres,and puts forward some measures to solve the problems existing in the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres in the present new era,such as the inadequate implementation of the selection criteria and the ineffective supervision of the selection process,and so on.It provides a new train of thought for promoting the Party's organizational construction.
