The Research On Villages And Towns Government Public Service Problems In Altay Region

In recent years,China has continuously promoted the construction of public service system.In order to make the residents of towns and villages feel at ease and engage in all kinds of production and management activities,a large number of public resources are beginning to tilt towards the rural areas and disadvantaged groups.How to effectively provide township public services to meet the growing demand of township residents?This is the focus of our rural work and government departments at all levels.With the rapid development of social economy,the overall level of public service has been improved,and some achievements have been achieved in Xinjiang.However,the development of rural grassroots public service is still relatively lagging behind.This research is based on the Altay area,which is located in the remote area of Xinjiang.Through the analysis of the current situation of township public health,education and safety service in the region,the investigation and analysis of the satisfaction degree of the local residents were conducted to find the problems existing in the township public service in Altay.There are many problems in public education,such as uneven distribution of public education resources and unbalanced public education services between urban and rural areas.Public health problems such as insufficient supply of public health resources and low scope of existing public health services.There are many problems in public security,such as lack of staff experience and unbalanced supply of public safety services.In view of the above problems,combined with the actual situation in Altay,the paper further explored the feasible measures for optimizing the township public services.Public education services should standardize the use of educational funds and improve the level of teachers.Public health services should increase financial input,strengthen the construction and training of medical and health personnel,and medical and health institutions to do a good job of health knowledge propaganda work.Public security services should standardize the use of funds,and strengthen the training of township police officers.while improving the effectiveness of rural public services in Altay,we should strengthen the construction of basic public service talents training mechanism,build a diversified supply mechanism for basic public services,and formulate and improve the equalization standards of public services.and provided a reference for the development of township public services in Altay.
