The Research On The Promotion Of Social Organizational Ability By Venture Philanthropy

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in the economic and political fields,and the people's living standards have improved.The masses have higher requirements for government public services,and traditional government functions can no longer meet the needs of the people's diverse and high-quality.Based on this,social organizations have become an important complementary role of government functions.At present,the government has provided many useful policy support for the development of social organizations.The environment for social organization development is relatively mature,and Venture Philanthropy is introduced into China as a new form of public service provision.In the process of Venture philanthropy,government,enterprises,foundations and other social entities provide funds,technology and management experience for social organizations.The ability of social organizations is improved,which helps social organizations achieve standardized development.It has become an important way to promote the capacity of social organizations.Since the introduction of Venture Philanthropy into China,Shanghai,Jiangsu and other places have been the experimental fields for Venture Philanthropy.They have borrowed advanced foreign theories and methods and accumulated rich experience in Venture philanthropy.As a coastal developed city,Qingdao actively carries out the practice of Venture Philanthropy.The city of Shinan District of Qingdao has been conducting ventures for seven years,absorbing the development experience of advanced regions,and combining with local characteristics,the Communist Youth League Committee as a public welfare.The sponsors of venture capital,with the theme of "Youth Serving Youth and Youth Affecting Society",provide diverse social services for young people through venture Philanthropy,and the results of ventures are rich.The development of philanthropy venture plays an important role in the improvement of social organization capabilities,but there are also many problems in Venture Philanthropy to promote the capacity of social organizations.For example,social organizations lack sufficient funds and personnel support,internal and external resource integration capabilities are poor,credibility is low,and the project management and implementation experience of Venture Philanthropy is lacking,so they need to be improved in the process of continuous exploration.This paper mainly analyzes how Venture philanthropy can promote the improvement of Social Organizational Ability.With the typical case of Shinan District of Qingdao,the application of balanced scorecard theory analyzes the performance of philanthropy and promotion of social organization,including the financial operation of social organizations,process management ability,customer satisfaction ability and organizational growth ability,and the problem of social organization capacity building in the process of philanthropy venture development.In the future capacity building of social organizations,the government should strengthen policies and financial support,provide a good environment for the development of social organizations.Social organizations should continuously improve the fund management and project management methods of Venture Philanthropy and train the professional social workers to promote social organization capabilities.
