Analysis Of The Ways For Social Work Organizations To Intervene In Community Environmental Governance

With the reform of the social management system,the traditional social management methods are gradually unable to adapt to the changes in the new social situation,and the government has shifted from a management approach to a governance approach.Social organizations are introduced into the governance of all aspects of the community because of their important role in social services and other areas.After the housing reform,the environmental problems of the community cannot be effectively dealt with,and the social work institutions can exert their unique functions to provide effective services for the environmental governance of the community.This research is closely related to the current reality.In the context of social governance,Beijing A social work service institutions as an entry point,taking the Y and Z communities in Beijing as the research object,based on interviews with the organizers,project social workers,community neighborhood committee staff and community residents.First-hand information.This paper is not an evaluation of the effect of social workers' involvement in community environmental governance,but an attempt to study the process of social work institutions participating in community environmental governance and to sort out effective ways for social work institutions to intervene in community environmental governance.The study found that social work institutions have established their own "celebrity effect" and "presence of existence" based on existing professional activities.In this way,the government's trust in formal social support is obtained.In the process of community environmental governance,the support of formal and informal networks is critical to effective community environmental governance.Then,the social work organization mobilizes and coordinates the governance institutions of all parties,including the formation of volunteer teams in the informal support and formal support for the intervention services of the community neighborhood committees.Recruiting residents' garbage classification volunteers,promoting the reconstruction of good relations between community residents,community neighborhood committees and social work institutions,thus complementing each other and building a multi-participatory service governance structure.Secondly,the instrumental support to encourage residents to continue to participate in waste sorting is: First,to maintain the environmental enthusiasm of community residents through “green commitment”;second,to use green replacement to encourage community residents to maintain the classification of waste;third is smart trash,by introducing smart trash,community residents can enjoy more advanced garbage sorting technology.Finally,summarize the effectiveness of social work institutions in the community environmental governance process.
