Research On The Interaction Between The Primary Party Organization And Social Work Organization

The primary Party organizations are the most basic political units in mainland China.Serving the masses is one of its most important political goals.Under the background of social contradictions increasingly prominent,the primary Party organizations are also looking for social forces to make up for the difficulties in serving the masses.The development of social work in China cannot bypass the Chinese Communist Party.Certainly,the Party and social work have similarities in their ideas.Integrating the concept and professional skills of social work into the work of the Party is a practice for the development of Party work and social work in the new era.This paper takes the L social work organization in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,through the literature research method and the field research method,and conducts in-depth interviews with relevant personnel to explore interaction between the primary Party organizations and social work organizations,it is found that this reflects the characteristics of "Absorption of service".Under this interaction,the two sides have achieved a win-win situation to a certain extent,but they have also exposed problems in terms of integration degree,identification,communication and other aspects.In the future,the Party will continue to adjust the logic of governance,and social work organizations should enhance their internal motivation,as well as constantly improve the communication mechanism.
