Research On The Construction Of Socialist Consultative Democracy With Chinese Characteristics For A New Era

Consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics is a democratic form adapting to China's national conditions and realistic needs.It has presented great superiority in integrating social relations,promoting democratic supervision and improving decision-making efficiency.It has strongly promoted the smooth operation of politics,healthy economic development and social harmony and stability in China.In the new era,the construction of socialist deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics is sorted out and studied,and excellent experience is summarized to promote the continuous role of socialist deliberative democracy in the new era,so that our democratic politics can develop smoothly.This paper uses normative research method to analyze and study the construction of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics since the new era.It combines historical and logical methods to review and summarize the theoretical basis of consultative democracy.And it also uses systematic analysis method to reflect on the internal relationship between consultative democracy and democratic politics,thus showing the advancement and superiority of the construction of deliberative democracy.Firstly,the paper combs the relevant theoretical research results of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics,and further studies the process and significance of the construction of consultative democracy on this basis.There are four parts to discuss the construction of deliberative democracy.Part one: Introduction.This part firstly introduces the topic selection background and research significance of this paper,the overview of research status,research ideas and methods,framework structure and innovation.Part two: The connotation of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This part gives a definition of the connotation of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and discusses it from its theoretical connotation,important position and main characteristics.Then,it elaborates the four viewpoints of people's democracy theory,united front theory,multi-party cooperation theory and mass line theory as the theoretical basis for the development of deliberative democracy.Finally,it's formation and evolution of consultative democracy in socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era are discussed in detail.Part three: The core meaning of consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This part mainly introduces the theoretical framework,practical form and system improvement of the socialist deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics.It summarizes the forms of practice from four aspects: national consultation,social consultation,grass-roots consultation and citizen consultation,and expounds the development of institutionalization,normalization,procedure and rule of law of consultative democracy in the new era.Part four: Practical value of consultative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This part is based on the investigation of the construction of deliberative democracy,and through the summary and analysis of its development process and experience,we can get the judgment of practical value,which is conducive to promoting the modernization of state governance in the new era,strengthening the construction of socialist democratic politics in the new era,and promoting the right of International democratic discourse in China in the new era.This paper systematically studies the construction of consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,summarizes the development process of consultative democracy in China since the new era,innovates in theoretical viewpoints and research perspectives.At the Nineteenth National Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping declared that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Although consultative democracy has been widely practiced in China for a long time,there is still a lack of relevant research in the context of the new era.In view of this,this paper,on the basis of learning from the views of other scholars,expands the views on the construction of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper draws on the classic works of Marx,the classic literature of the Communist Party and related monographs to enrich the further study on the construction of deliberative democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
