Research On Practical Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Current Community Governance

With the continuous development of the urbanization process,the reform of the urban grassroots management system is also deepening.Communities assume the special functions of urban management,service and stability,and play an increasingly important role in urban work.As the most basic unit of society,community is an essential element in social development.The essence of strengthening social governance is to strengthen community governance.The 18 th national congress of the communist party of China included community governance in its guiding document for the first time.The 19 th party conference further stressed that in order to realize the good interaction between government governance,social adjustment and residents' autonomy,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of community governance system,adjust the focus of social governance to be mainly at the grassroots level,and give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations.Accelerating the development of community governance mode and improving community service level has become an important aspect of promoting the social development of qingshanhu district in nanchang city.In this paper,the community governance model of qingshanhu district in nanchang city was investigated and studied systematically by issuing questionnaires and combining theories of public management,sociology and other disciplines.Through to the community governance related theory,according to current situation of nanchang qingshan lake area in the community governance model,analyzes and discusses the sample effective approach and the main problems existing in the community,through the government department of community construction and the overall planning of nanchang city development policy documents,as well as to the questionnaire data for statistical analysis and induction,for nanchang qingshan lake area the cause of the problems existed in community governance model,using the experience of some domestic community governance mode and at the same time,on the basis of combining with related theory as the nanchang qingshan lake area community governance model put forward reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions.
