The Research On The Implementation Of Family-Care In Communities Policy

China entered the aging society in the late twentieth Century,as of 2015,China's 60 years old population reached more than the age of 216 million,accounting for the total population of 16.7%.With the development of The Times,the concept of community home care of old age people is more welcome of the general public and get more attention,more and more sure and respected by all parties.In this paper,the connotation of the concept of community home endowment and the theoretical basis is expounded in detail,basing on the actual conditions of China's aging population situation,combing the experience of the endowment patterns of our country,then put forward rationalization proposals.Based on the research results of Datong city endowment policy implementation,it is concluded that the community home endowment way is accord with the actual situation of Datong city endowment policy model,as that starting point,this paper discusses the status quo of the implementation of the policy,existing problems and reasons,put forward some countermeasures,including from the government as a whole the policy execution,create a good policy environment,optimizing the resources distribution of community endowment,enhance the level of community home endowment service,innovate community endowment management mode as so.Finally,in the introduction and analysis of typical city and state pension policy execution mode that occupy the home,on the basis of combining the actual requirement of the Datong city,the article analyze the enlightenment for the Datong city pension policy from country or city's policy implementation forms.
