Research On The Countermeasure Of Community Hub-Type Social Organizations In Community Governance

After the Third Plenum of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it's imperative to innovate the system of social governance to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance ability,social organizations have gradually become the focus and important breakthrough of social governance system innovation,and play an irreplaceable role in the field of community governance.However,social organizations have gradually fallen into a dilemma in participation of community governance for various reasons.More and more places try to introduce hub-type social organizations into community governance system.Through the research on the practice of the pivotal social organizations participating in community governance,it is found that the community hub-type social organizations have effectively solved some problems of social organizations in participating in community governance,but it is unavoidable to encounter resistance from the government,residents and themselves in the process of participating in community governance.So some suggestions are putting forward in this paper through the analysis of related problems and causes.Firstly,we should change the concept of governance and reconstruct the roles of government,community social organizations and residents.Secondly,we should establish relevant legal system to provide strong institutional guarantee for its participation in community governance.Thirdly,we should take some measures to achieve project-based governance,sustainable development,diversified participation and one-stop service,so as to enhance the vitality of community social organizations and improve service level.Fourthly,we should create a good community atmosphere and stimulate the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community governance.
