Study On Public Service Supply Of Tourism

The mode of tourism service is constantly changing under the impetus of market demand.Market demand is also the driving force to promote the optimization and upgrading of tourism industry.When the tourism market was just developing,people's demand for tourism is not high,basi cally belonging to fast-food tourism.At this stage,tourists' demand for public services is not obvious,and tourism public services can basically satisfy tourists.Demand.With the steady development of the modern economic base,the Internet technology is chan ging with each passing day.The group of tourist activities is becoming mature day by day.Tourism consumers' demand for tourism public service has shown a high level,characteristic and meticulous trend.The existing tourism public is difficult to meet the public demand of the market,which hinders the sound and rapid development of the tourism industry.Therefore,how to solve this problem and create a more funny,convenient,more humane and public service for tourists is the most important problem that governments at all levels must solve.In this case,this paper chooses Kunming as a case study,standing at the supply level to explore and analyze the relevant issues of Kunming's tourism public service.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories of tourism public service.Secondly,in the process of research,this paper uses questionnaire survey and literature analysis to analyze the supply of Kunming's tourism public service,and makes an analysis of the overall situation of Kunming's tourism public service supply.It is concluded that the supply of Kunming's tourism public service is mainly insufficient in three aspects:transportation,information construction and administrative service function.However,the overall satisfaction of Kunming tourism public service supply is not high because of the lack of government supply orientation,the asymmetry of supply and demand information,the lack of a single fund for the main supplier and the lack of supervision system of tourism public service supply system.Finally,combined with the previous research results,this paper gives some suggestions on improving the level ofKunming's tourism public service supply.In order to improve the level of Kunming's tourism public service supply,we should start from three aspects: improving the content of Kunming's tourism public service supply,improving the mechanism of Kunming's tourism public service supply and strengthening the guarantee of Kunming's tourism public service supply.It provides theoretical and practical reference for the sustainable and healthy development of Kunming's tourism industry.
