Study On Governmentsupply Of Tourism Public Service In Yancheng

Yancheng is located in the eastern part of Jiangsu Province.In recent years,the tourism industry of Yancheng has developed rapidly.In 2018,it received 33.9 million tourists in all and realized a tourism income of 39 billion yuan.The financial investment of Yancheng government in the field of tourism public service supply reached 4.589 billion yuan,including tourism transportation services,tourism security services,tourism public information services,tourism and convenience services,tourism administrative services,etc.The main methods of supply are government supply,government-led,market supply,and third-party supply.The government direct supply method has become the main tourist public service supply approach in Yancheng.In terms of supply security,the government has issued policy documents to promote the development of tourism public services,such as "Yancheng Tourism Promotion Regulations(Draft)","Tourism "13th Five-Year" Development Plan","Key Points for Tourism Work”.In terms of financial security,the financial allocation is the main construction fund;In the construction of talents,the tourism association has been established to provide a platform for the high-level training of tourism management personnel.A volunteer team has also been established,which is located in various scenic spots and traffic nodes to provide information and other services.At present,the tourism public service supply of Yancheng has problems like imperfect supply content,poor coordination mechanism of department operation,single supply mode,and lack of long-term supply guarantee mechanism.In response to these shortcomings,the government's tourism public service supply needs to make efforts from many aspects,including improving the content of tourism public service supply,deepening the reform of tourism public service management system,broadening the supply mode of tourism public service,and improving the guarantee mechanism of tourism public service supply,so as to achieve a win-win situation in which the number of tourists and economic benefits grow together.
