Research On Public Opinion Governance In Henan

The rapid development of mobile Internet and new media has changed the traditional pattern of information dissemination and public opinion guidance.Under the new situation,Henan Province develops contradictions,social emotions,public opinion struggle and other interactions,and major negative public opinion frequently occurs.The problem of public opinion can not be effectively solved,which has brought tremendous pressure to the social governance of the whole province.It is urgent to improve the ability and level of public opinion management in Henan Province.Based on the governance theory,this paper uses literature research method and case study method to study.The purpose is to analyze the root of the problem of public opinion governance in Henan Province,and explore feasible measures to improve the capacity and level of public opinion governance.This paper combs the research status at home and abroad,defines and clarifies the core concepts of public opinion,public opinion and other related concepts,expounds the governance theory and its development,and combines the current situation of public opinion work in Henan Province,discusses the feasibility of the application of governance theory in the field of public opinion.This paper holds that facing the severe test of social contradictions,the decline of influence of traditional media,the sharp struggle of online public opinion,and the difficulty of controlling network communication,Henan's public opinion governance is not only feasible,but also necessary.In order to analyze the problem of public opinion governance in Henan Province and its root causes,this paper studies typical cases of"Beijing-Kowloon High-speed Railway Crossing Puyang No Station"and "Sexual Invasion of Xihua Girls"from two aspects of experience and lessons.This paper holds that there are some prominent problems in public opinion governance in Henan Province,such as frequent occurrence of major negative public opinions,confusion in public opinion work,inadequate mainstream voice,continuous overflow of bad information,continuous expansion of negative impacts and inability to show positive effects.There are great gaps in public opinion governance system and obvious deficiencies in public opinion governance ability.The profound influence of external environment is the main reason for these problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on public opinion governance in Henan Province:to construct a multi-subject participatory public opinion governance pattern,to establish a scientific and effective operation mechanism,to optimize the internal and external environment of public opinion governance,and to improve the ability and level of public opinion governance in Henan Province.This paper has a strong pertinence to promote the modernization of public opinion governance capacity in Henan Province,and has a certain reference value and reference significance for other regions to carry out public opinion governance.
