As an important part of the grass-roots government talent team,the extraterritorial employees of Nanning C Street Office plays an important role in various fields.Strengthening the performance assessment of Extraterritorial employees is an important measure to improve the level of human resources management of grass-roots governments and optimize the construction of talent team of grass-roots governments.It is also an important way to implement the policies of higher Party committees and governments,and an important basis for social management innovation of grass-roots governments.This paper takes the current situation of performance assessment of extraterritorial employees from C street office in Nanning as the research object,discusses 360-degree performance assessment theory,and investigates the performance assessment policy,implementation and status quo of extraterritorial employees from C street office office in Nanning by consulting relevant data of performance assessment theory and practice at home and abroad,field visits,questionnaires and conversations.This paper expounds the present situation of performance assessment of the extraterritorial employees the C Street Office in Nanning,and finds out the existing problems:the assessment indicators are vague,single subject of assessment,usual assessment is simple,lack of communication and feedback in assessment and so on.The reasons for the above problems are put forward:insufficient organization and system,insufficient understanding of the role of performance assessment,outdated performance assessment model,insufficient use of assessment results and lack of incentive and so on.From the point of view of theory and practice,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the performance assessment of extraterritorial employees in C Street Office of Nanning City.Such as:perfecting performance assessment system,define the objectives and contents of assessment,define the subject of assessment,define the evaluation index and weight,strengthen feedback and application of assessment results and so on.This paper provides a new measure to improve the performance assessment level of extraterritorial employees in C Street Office of Nanning,and also provides a new idea for the performance assessment of extraterritorial employees of other the grass-roots government.
