Study On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Lishui Rural Fire Prevention And Control System

In recent years,China's economy has developed comprehensively,rural areas have made considerable progress,and the living standard of the rural population has been greatly improved.However,China is a traditional agricultural country.Due to the inherent gap caused by the development of various regions and the urban-rural dual structure,the ability of rural areas to withstand disasters is still limited.Fire is the most frequent disaster with the deepest impact in rural areas at present,and the prevention and control of fire in rural areas has become one of the research topics.To improve the rural fire safety environment,do a good job in rural fire control work,improve the ability of rural areas to resist fire damage is an important guarantee for the construction of a new socialist countryside.At present,the rural revitalization strategy is deepening across the country,with the people's expectations for peace,increasingly complex social development situation and working environment,the current rural fire prevention and control work guidelines and policies put forward new requirements.Based on the new public management theory and crisis management theory,this paper adopts literature research,horizontal comparison,vertical comparison and other methods to analyze the law and characteristics of rural fires and the current status of rural fire safety work,and conducts scientific research on fire prevention and control in rural areas.In this paper,the current fire fighting system construction present situation and the rural population,rural fire control safety consciousness and so on are analyzed,and analyzes the main problems of rural fire prevention and control system and the contradiction,the combination of Lishui rural part of the results were obtained in construction of fire prevention and control system,analyzes its short board and the insufficiency,from optimization system,perfecting mechanism,perfecting the legal system,strengthening the basis,market regulation and so on several aspects,for fire prevention and control system in rural areas of Lishui is optimized with perfect,for other rural areas in China can draw lessons from the template and sample.
