Study On The Supply Of Free Entertainment Facilities For Children In Beijing Community

With the rapid development of the city,the population is constantly pouring in,the supply of public service facilities is insufficient,and the distribution is uneven.As the capital of China,Beijing takes the construction of "world city" and the construction of harmonious society as its own responsibility.In order to effectively improve people's livelihood and promote social equity,the construction and optimization of public service facilities is urgent.The supply of free children's entertainment facilities in Beijing community has become a good model to study and optimize the supply of public service facilities.It is of great significance and value to analyze and solve the supply of public service facilities for the improvement of social governance in China.Western countries have long pointed out that children should enjoy the right to entertainment,and started to build children's entertainment space and facilities in all communities,and continue to develop and improve.However,due to the lack of attention,the development of children's entertainment facilities in Chinese communities is not only late,but also unsatisfactory.Such a situation not only fails to bring children the happiness they should have in their growth process,but also hinders their potential development to some extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the supply of free entertainment facilities for children.On the research level of supply theory,there are a lot of researches on the public demand of community public service facilities planning and allocation,that is,what and how much to match.However,there is little research on the suppliers involved in construction supervision,that is,who will build it and how to build it.At present,the supply of free children's entertainment facilities in the community is seriously insufficient,which cannot meet the needs of urban residents.This paper focuses on the main supply subjects,and studies who should provide free children's entertainment facilities in the community and how.Based on the new public service theory and the multi-center governance theory,this paper comprehensively adopts the literature research method and investigation method to conduct field visits to all the communities in xiaoguan street,chaoyang district,Beijing,and conduct interviews with the community secretaries,property owners,neighborhood committees and other relevant personnel.Through the case study,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different providers of free children's entertainment facilities in the community through the analysis framework of four dimensions,and finds that the current suppliers of free children's entertainment facilities in the community are single and lack of multiple cooperation.The supply main body fund isinsufficient,lacks the initiative;Supply main body lacks enthusiasm,demand exceeds supply;The fuzzy boundary between the power and responsibility of the main supplier affects the multi-supply problem.Improve the corresponding policies to alleviate the financial pressure;Play a leading role in planning;The countermeasures to improve the supply of free entertainment facilities for children in Beijing community are put forward from several aspects such as perfecting the system and rights and responsibilities.It is expected to provide solutions to the contradiction between supply and demand of free children's entertainment facilities in Beijing communities,to give play to the role of community organization,to improve the quality of life of residents,and to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
