Research On Strategies To Improve The Effectiveness Of Rural E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Training

E-commerce poverty alleviation is an important means of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,which can solve many problems of information asymmetry in remote rural markets and difficult product sales.Therefore,the state has issued a series of policies to promote rural e-commerce poverty alleviation.Nowadays,many farmers have been on the path of electricity undertaking employment,but rural electricity is from extensive type to specification for poverty alleviation,the idea of a electricity technology and updated,more and more difficult to get ri.ch,long rich,they need to constantly updated concept of electricity and electricity technology to adapt to the economic development of rural electricity,so the rural electricity training is particularly important for poverty alleviation.At present,many remote and poverty-stricken areas have successively carried out e-commerce training,but the training effect is not satisfactory.The contrast of farmers,e-commerce poverty alleviation training before and after is almost the same as the rain on the back of a duck,and the existing training effect problems need to be solved urgently.This study takes H county as an example to discuss the current situation of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training,analyze the influencing factors of its training effect and prominent problems in the training effect,analyze the reasons for the training effect problems based on farmers and other subjects,and finally propose countermeasures for further improving the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training effect.On the basis of reviewing relevant foreign literatures,this study sorts out relevant theories on the effect of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training.Electricity in rural areas poverty alleviation concepts of training effect adequately defined,qualitative and quantitative analysis of current status of H county rural electricity business training for poverty alleviation,and the analysis of rural electricity training effect factors for poverty alleviation and the existing problems,find out the reason,put forward rural electricity standardization training for poverty alleviation,dynamic and diversified measures,improve training effect.Based on relevant theories of training,this study collected data through literature,field interviews and questionnaires,analyzed the current situation of demand,supply and methods of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training in H county,analyzed factors influencing the effect of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training,and evaluated the effect of rural e-commerce poverty alleviation training on farmers.This paper makes a qualitative analysis on the existing problems and causes of the poverty alleviation training effect of rural e-commerce,and believes that the outstanding problems lie in the farmers'confidence and enthusiasm,training organization and management,training feedback,training supply and demand,etc.The reasons are as follows:unreasonable training operation management,unreasonable training supply and demand management,imperfect training evaluation system,unreasonable training funds management,unreasonable training information and time management,and lack of supporting measures after training.To this end,this paper proposes improvement strategies from the aspects of training operation,training supply and demand,training evaluation,training guarantee,training regulation and training motivation.
