A Study On The Regulations Of App-Based Car-Hailing Market In Quanzhou

As a representative industry of sharing economy,the government's supervision is facing the dual pressure brought by the immature market economic system and the Internet technology revolution.From the current point of view,whether at the aspect of the central level or the local government,there are unsatisfactory aspects in the exploration of the regulation of the Internet contract car,which can not fully release the vitality of the sharing economy.This paper takes Quanzhou's government regulation of net contract car market as the research object,comprehensively uses the theory of government regulation and public interest theory,takes interview,questionnaire survey,participatory observation and comparative analysis as the research methods,and makes a thorough investigation on the supervision of Quanzhou's net contract car market.The main reasons for these problems lie in concepts,systems and laws.Based on this,this paper tries to put forward strategies and suggestions for optimizing the government regulation of Quanzhou's Internet car market from three aspects,namely:supervision mode,cooperation mechanism,and promotion of legislation.By using diversified supervision means,the market supervision function of the "Internet +" era will be effectively carried out and the regulatory government in the "Internet +" era will be carried out.
