Research On The Role Of Public Service Platform In The Upgrading Of Jinjiang Traditional Industry Clusters

The private economy is the main feature of Jinjiang's economic development.After years of development,it has formed five traditional industrial clusters,mainly textiles and garments,shoes,ceramics,building materials,paper and food.With the economic and social development of Jinjiang,the traditional industrial clusters in Jinjiang City are also constantly upgrading and developing.Based on domestic successful experience,the role of the public service platform cannot be ignored in the process of industrial cluster transformation and upgrading.In the process of upgrading industrial clusters,Jinjiang Public Service Platform plays an important role in promoting technological innovation,collective competition,social impact and credit financing.In a certain sense,the public service platform plays an important role in the upgrading of traditional industrial clusters in Jinjiang City.Based on the theoretical knowledge of industrial clusters and public service platforms,based on the basic situation of the upgrading and development of traditional industrial clusters in Jinjiang City,this paper analyzes the role of Jinjiang public service platform in the upgrading of traditional industrial clusters,and analyzes the public service platform of Jinjiang City in the industrial cluster.In the process of upgrading,there are insufficient services such as insufficient technical innovation services,insufficient promotion of collective competitiveness,insufficient participation of activities to enhance social impact capabilities,and lagging development of credit financing services,and identify the root causes of problems.The functions of the public service platform are not comprehensive enough,the internal talent team of the public service platform is not complete,the operation of the public service platform is insufficient,and the relationship between the public service platform and the government is not straightened out.Based on the advanced experience of Wenzhou and Foshan Shunde,it is proposed that Jinjiang Municipal Government should promote the full coverage of public service platform functions and strengthen the operation guarantee of public service platforms.Jinjiang City Public Service Platform should accelerate the construction of internal talent team and rationalize the platform and The relationship between the government,etc.,thus enhancing the role of the public service platform in industrial transformation and upgrading.
